Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Policy, Withdrawal Form

(1) Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within ten days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is ten days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform REX-Gummitechniken GmbH & Co. KG (Ostendstraße 5, 64319 Pfungstadt, Germany, Email: info@rex-gummitechniken.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, REX-Gummitechniken GmbH & Co. KG shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by REX-Gummitechniken GmbH & Co. KG. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

You must return the physical goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The costs of returning the goods will not be covered. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
