Chemical protective glove ERISTA-BX Butyl Vitric

Chemical protective gloves made of Butyl rubber and Viton® for use with high exposure to aggressive solvent, acids, alkaline solution and gas.

The Viton® top layer is resistant to:
Aromatic hydrocarbons (enzene, toluol/toluene, xylene among others), chlorite hydrocarbons (trichlorethylene, perchloroethylene, methylene chloride among others), solvents (eg. turpentine),  aliphatic compounds (petrol, mineral oil among others), acyclic hydrocarbons (decalin, tetralin), organic and inorganic acids in almost all categories, alkaline solution and saline solution, animal and vegetable fats and oils.

Non-resistant to:
Ester and ketone.

The Butyl sublayer is resistant to:
Ester, ketone, aldehyde, amines, anhydride, potassium hydroxide, caustic soda, alkaline solution, alcohol, inorganic salts, organic acids in almost all categories, inorganic acids till 20%. gas-proof and resistant to fumes from combustion processes.

Non-resistant to:
Oils, fats, halogens and hydrocarbons.

The ERISTA-BX Butyl Vitric chemical protective glove is made of a butyl rubber sublayer and a Viton® top layer with the special technique of immersion process which enables the production of seamless chemical protective gloves without micro-fissures caused by trapped air. Furthermore, this protective glove is gas-proof and resistant to fumes from combustion processes.

Unlike to injected molded gloves, we fabricate right and left gloves without flash rubber.
